What do startups look for when hiring?

There are many elements behind the success of an entrepreneur, however none as essential as constructing the appropriate crew.

But hiring generally is a time consuming and cost-extensive course of. A report by Scaler means that 88 p.c of recruiters, throughout all sectors, face challenges in hiring and retaining staff.

So what do startups and entrepreneurs search for whereas hiring professionals?

Sagar Joshi, Founder of AUTO i CARE tells YourStory that whereas ambition is essential for profession development in any business, a superb match is important as working for a startup might be as difficult as it’s thrilling.

“The right candidate should be able to adapt to challenging situations, be a quick thinker, and should be solutions-driven,” he says.
